Position: Software Developer II with Security Clearance

They are seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer in Doral, FL. Possible other locations for this position:
Key West, Newport (FL), and Naval Station Guantánamo Bay (NSGB). -Secret Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supports the design, engineering, analysis, and development of software systems and Dev Ops pipelines.

• Assists in modeling software development processes and implementing agile-informed methodologies.

• Participates in all phases of the SDLC, focusing on writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Integrates asset management tools with the ITSM platform, develops APIs, designs data models/database schemas, and creates data import/export routines.

• Generates reports/dashboards, troubleshoots software issues, provides technical support, stays updated on new technologies, and receives guidance from senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

• 4+ years of experience with 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and No

SQL databases.

• Understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices (e.g., ITIL). Desired

Qualifications:

• Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., Service Now, Jira Service Management).
