We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fellow fans can access their favorite merchandise. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned areas of the sales floor.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram updates including store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products with store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
