Job Summary:

As a District Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with major dealerships and dealer groups within your district. You’ll show dealership teams how DSI’s aftermarket solutions can help them serve their customers, while developing new business and growing existing accounts. If you’re a results-driven sales professional passionate about the automotive aftermarket industry, this is your chance to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership leaders and dealer groups throughout your assigned territory

Develop new dealership partnerships and grow business with existing accounts by presenting DSI’s aftermarket solutions

Educate dealership teams on industry trends, helping them stay ahead of the curve in aftermarket solutions

Present and sell DSI’s pricing, packages, and warranties to drive growth and customer loyalty

Work closely with local 4WP/ORW retail stores and dealerships to ensure seamless product installations, delivering high-quality products and services with speed to market

Uphold the DSI customer-first philosophy, ensuring every interaction results in a top-tier experience

Maintain a sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and follow up on opportunities

Exceed sales and profit targets, contributing to both the growth and profitability of DSIThrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a laser focus on results

Represent DSI with integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to customer service

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience selling Aftermarket or OEM parts/solutions

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience required; additional education is a plus Valid driver’s license held for at least five (5) years and an acceptable driving record

Proven success in acquiring new customers, developing relationships, and growing market share within your territory

Demonstrated success in achieving revenue, market share, and profitability goals.

Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers

Highly competitive, self-motivated, and committed to team success with safety and integrity top of mind

Work Environment:

Daily travel in your territory is required. Some out-of-state travel may be needed.
