This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Doraville, GA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and building relationships with potential clients in construction, light industrial, and special event industries. Key responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales plans, meeting and exceeding sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying potential business development opportunities.
Additional responsibilities may include monitoring market trends and collaborating with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience in sales strategy, lead generation, and conducting market analysis
- Strong skills in relationship management, client engagement, and networking
- Experience with business development, identifying opportunities, and implementing growth-oriented sales initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Background in the staffing or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
