Senior Project​/Program Manager

The Senior Project/Program Manager will lead multiple finance and treasury initiatives, overseeing end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and process improvements. The role requires deep expertise in corporate finance processes, treasury operations, and financial system integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage priorities across multiple projects, and support organizational goals. This position explicitly excludes candidates with banking or payments backgrounds, focusing solely on corporate finance environments.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of finance and treasury projects ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across finance, IT, and business teams to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage 3–5 concurrent projects while maintaining timelines and balancing priorities.
• Apply treasury operations knowledge to guide decision-making and system integrations.
• Oversee initiatives related to ledgers, AP, AR, and other corporate finance processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Work with financial systems and understand their functionality and integration across business processes.

• 10+ years of project/program management experience within corporate finance (not banking).
• Strong expertise in treasury operations and corporate finance processes.
• Solid knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle EBS and related integrations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems integration and reporting tools.
