Respected Roots is a luxury men’s grooming and skincare company committed to quality, culture, and community. We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team this holiday season to support the increased online order volume during our busiest time of year.

The Seasonal Online Fulfillment Processor will assist with accurately and efficiently processing, packing, and shipping online customer orders. This role is essential to ensuring that every customer receives their order on time and with the premium quality that represents the Respected Roots brand.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Ensure all products are packaged neatly, labeled correctly, and meet brand presentation standards

Maintain organized workstations and inventory areas

Assist with restocking and inventory counts as needed

Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Follow all safety and cleanliness procedures

Support other warehouse or fulfillment tasks as assigned

Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or retail preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Available to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed, during the holiday season

Seasonal role from November through January

Hours may vary based on order volume (30–40 hours per week preferred)

Opportunity for future part-time or permanent roles based on performance
