General Description

As the Fleet Tire Sales Specialist (Base Salary + Commission) you will sell new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products to current and new customers, achieve sales objectives, and represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Actively seek and develop new accounts.
  • Frequent local travel to customer sites.
  • Sell company‑supported products and services.
  • Meet sales goals set by management.
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions using value selling.
  • Attend sales training and build product knowledge.
  • Perform manual tasks for extended periods (lifting, standing, bending, squatting).
  • Create or increase truck tire sales through a planned solicitation program.
  • Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with service department.
  • Conduct fleet needs evaluations, provide cost analysis and benefits.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments.
  • Deliver tires to customers as needed.
Basic Requirements
  • 2+ years of successful Sales or B2B experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • No relocation for this position.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associate Degree in related field.
  • Previous B2B sales experience.

  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Commitment to safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
  • Self‑starter, initiative, able to work without direct supervision.
