General DescriptionAs the Fleet Tire Sales Specialist (Base Salary + Commission) you will sell new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products to current and new customers, achieve sales objectives, and represent the company professionally.
Responsibilities- Actively seek and develop new accounts.
- Frequent local travel to customer sites.
- Sell company‑supported products and services.
- Meet sales goals set by management.
- Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions using value selling.
- Attend sales training and build product knowledge.
- Perform manual tasks for extended periods (lifting, standing, bending, squatting).
- Create or increase truck tire sales through a planned solicitation program.
- Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with service department.
- Conduct fleet needs evaluations, provide cost analysis and benefits.
- Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments.
- Deliver tires to customers as needed.
- 2+ years of successful Sales or B2B experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- At least 21 years of age.
- No relocation for this position.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate Degree in related field.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Commitment to safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
- Self‑starter, initiative, able to work without direct supervision.
