Regional CDL‑A Truck Driver
TA Dedicated is hiring CDL‑A Solo and Team Flex Drivers to join our dedicated division. This regional position involves delivering aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers play a critical role by filling in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs. Depending on the assignment, you may run approximately 2,000 miles per week for solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs.
This is a Monday through Friday position with consistent weekly home time.
- Deliver automotive parts to dealerships.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment in excellent condition.
- Adhere to safety and DOT regulations.
- Complete delivery logs and documentation.
- Minimum 21 years old.
- 12 months recent tractor‑trailer experience and 3 months verifiable team experience within the last 3 years.
- Valid CDL‑A.
- DOT qualified.
- Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
- Tight backing maneuvers required at dealerships.
- Must be comfortable teaming.
- Satisfactory safety and employment history.
Pay Range: $78,000 – $87,000 per year
Guaranteed weekly minimum: $1,550
New hire transition bonus: $500 (paid in full on second paycheck)
Referral bonus: $3,000 per qualified driver referred
Orientation bonus: $250 per day for two‑day paid orientation
Consistently home to celebrate major holidays and home weekly on weekends; consistent, dedicated routes; night shift.
