We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide a temporary reception cover. This is a full‑time temporary role, working 37.5 hours per week. There may be a requirement to work alternate weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 3pm.
About the RoleAs Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for any visitors. You will provide a warm welcome, manage enquiries and help ensure the reception area runs smoothly.
Responsibilities- Welcoming visitors & colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensuring visitors sign in and out correctly.
- Answering and directing telephone calls.
- Managing general enquiries at reception.
- Supporting the smooth running of the reception area.
- Carrying out some basic administrative duties when required.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident when dealing with people.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Previous reception, front of house or customer service experience.
- A professional and welcoming manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- A positive and flexible approach.
