About our Clients

This very busy setting in Dorchester central are looking for an experienced Level 3 or above Nursery practitioner to join their team. Excellent salary c27500 together with benefits including training support with further qualifications and lots of other goodies.

Requirements
  • Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
  • A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
  • A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework and the EYFS curriculum.
  • Form bonds with children and their families ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback and a positive proactive approach.
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
