What We’re Looking For:

✅ Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
✅ Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework & safeguarding procedures
✅ Hands-on experience in an early years setting
✅ A genuine love for supporting children’s curiosity, creativity, and growth

Your Role Will Involve:

Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for every child
Supporting planned activities that spark imagination and development
Observing, assessing, and planning next steps to help children thrive
Building positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and staff
Promoting independence, confidence, and a love for learning every day
