SWRAC is seeking a part-time Job Coach for our Dorchester centre to support learners with pre-placement planning and ongoing placement assistance. You will collaborate with learners, centre staff and local employers to arrange placements and provide on-going support.
The role involves classroom coaching, travel training, safety checks, and liaison with families and external services. Driving licence is required and hours vary with demand.
