GIS​/Data Engineer Outside IR35

Position: GIS / Data Engineer - Contract (Outside IR35)
GIS / Data Engineer - Azure, Spatial Data Azure, GIS, Geoserver, Postgres, FME, OGC, WFS, WMS. Due to continued growth, this leading edge organisation is looking to the market for a GIS and Data Engineering Specialist to join their expanding engineering. On this occasion they are actively seeking an GIS / DATA ENGINEER for an initial 6 month contract who is ready to hit the ground running and has a proven track record of working with geospatial Data.

To be considered you must come with a strong Data engineering background within GIS and Spatial data, and come with 3  years demonstrable hands on Azure Data engineering experience and GIS / Spatial data technology. If you have experience of Geoserver, FME, OGC WFS, WMS and Postgres this would add considerable weight to your application. At this level you will obviously be expected to demonstrate superb communication skills both verbally and written, along with the ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross functional teams and develop excellent working relationships with Key Stakeholders at all levels.
