Are you a Project Engineer with industrial automation experience looking for a new and exciting role where you will play an integral part in the company's growth? You will be responsible for the commercial, technical, and operational aspects of project delivery, being part of a cross-functional team to develop and deliver highly complex robot-based electromechanical systems for use in factory and process automation. This company has been established for over 20 years and has a state-of-the-art modern facility. They are nationally recognised for the specialist work they do within the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence and Renewable Energy industries.
This role would suit a Project Engineer with experience in Automation, Electromechanical Design, Motion Control or similar who has a can-do attitude and is an active problem solver looking for a rewarding new opportunity to progress their career.
- Present Technology to the customer, suppliers and project partners, retaining a high level of professionalism at all times
- Deliver projects on time, to budget, and at the right quality
- Lead the project team to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently, and within agreed time frames
- Prepare, maintain, and present project materials in accordance with the project management process
- Project Management Experience
- Automation / Robotics Experience with knowledge of Pneumatic actuation and controls, Motor & drive mechanism selection, Electrical / Electronic control components
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
