• Provide high-quality care and support to people in the setting.
  
  This may include but is not limited topersonal care, meal preparation,administering medication, supportout in the community and housekeeping.
• Build strong, positive relationships with people, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.
• Effective communication both verbally and written.
• Record and report any changes in the people' needs or conditions.
• Ensure confidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed.
