All you need is a kind heart and a full UK driving licence, proof you have the right to work in the UK and we'll provide all the training, fully funded, and support you with exceptional career development opportunities every step of the way. Whether it's sharing a cup of tea and a good chat, helping with daily routines, or just being that friendly face that brightens someone's morning, you're giving more than care… you're giving connection.

No experience? No problem! We believe compassion can't be taught, so if you have the heart for helping others, we'll teach you everything else. We're looking for people who:

• Provide companionship and engage with others to brighten their mornings
• Help with daily routines and practical tasks in the home
• Offer a friendly, warm presence and build connections with the people you support

• Have a full UK driving licence
• Bring a kind, caring and compassionate nature
• Have good people skills and enjoy connecting with others
• Have at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Proof you have the right to work in the UK

• £12.50 per hour Monday - Friday
• £13.00 per hour Saturday & Sunday
• Refer a Friend scheme - earn up to £1,000
• Mileage paid at 32p per mile
