Support Worker, Healthcare Nursing

You’ll be joining a friendly and lively supported‑living setting, home to five gents aged 40–60
, living across four neighbouring flats
. They’re a sociable group who enjoy a mix of independence, routine, and community activities.

Two independent gents who manage most daily tasks with minimal support and three individuals who enjoy structured activities such as:

• Day services
• Swimming
• Dance, arts and crafts
• Pub lunches
• Car boot sales
• Home-based activities

• Limited verbal communication — Makaton is used
• Prompting with personal care rather than full assistance
• Very mobile individuals who enjoy being out and about
• Use of public transport is part of daily life and activities

• Compassionate, reliable full-time Support Workers
• Comfortable working long‑day shifts with sleep‑ins
• Someone sociable who enjoys community activities and supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives
