Devon & Cornwall Police seeks a Senior Resourcing Officer to join the Recruitment and Selection Team, delivering high‑quality recruitment across police roles.
Based at either Exeter or Dorset Headquarters, the role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary scale F starting at £34,662 and rising to £40,383 per annum. Flexible and part‑time options are welcomed where business allows.
You will lead campaigns, postings and promotions, develop the team and ensure a positive candidate experience.
