Dorchester Hospital – 43 hours per week – 18‑month contract – Start: ASAP
Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a long‑term healthcare project at Dorchester Hospital. This role is offered on a CIS basis with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site
- Manage mechanical operatives and subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
- Liaise with site management, project teams, and other trades
- Carry out toolbox talks, site inspections, and progress reporting
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor
- Strong background in mechanical building services
- Prior experience on commercial or healthcare projects preferred
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
