We are seeking a multiskilled or electrical maintenance engineer to support a modern facility near Dorchester. The role involves fault finding and repairing a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment, diagnosing issues, ordering parts as needed, performing preventive maintenance to optimise machine performance, and carrying out installation requirements.

The position offers a rotating 2‑week pattern (06:00‑14:00 / 14:00‑22:00) with a balanced work/life schedule and weekends off. Overtime is available at enhanced rates, and a robust training program will support your development within the team.

• Fault finding on a range of electrical & mechanical equipment
• Working at a single site near Dorchester
• 2‑week rotating pattern: 06:00‑14:00 & 14:00‑22:00 (1 in 6 on call)

• Electrical or multiskilled fault finding and repairs experience
• Strong desire to access first‑class training programs
• Ability to commute to Dorchester
