COMX PS LTD invites applications for an Interim Lead – Local Plan in a Local Authority, on an initial 6‑month contract with strong extension potential. The role is based in Dorchester/Dorset with 3–4 days on site each week and reports to senior leadership.
You will lead the Local Plan delivery, shape policy aligned with the revised NPPF, manage a Planning Policy team of around 50, engage with Cabinet and elected members, and ensure resources support successful adoption of the plan.
