National Tyres and Autocare in Dorchester, part of the Halfords family, is seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the Centre Manager. You will split time between the workshop with technicians and daily sales and customer service, driving profitability and ensuring a great customer journey.
The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience or management experience in a similar environment, a Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
