Overview
We are looking for Volunteer mentors to improve the lives of care experienced young people aged 18-25
. As a mentor, you will provide 2-4 hours a month offering guidance, encouragement and a positive listening ear to help them overcome challenges, set goals and help them build a brighter future.
Adult volunteers from all walks of life to build stable and positive long term friendship with a care leaver through mentoring sessions.
The role involves- Up to 4hrs a month of volunteering for a commitment of 1 year
. - Build an effective relationship with a mentee.
- Plan mentoring sessions.
- Talk, spend time and help your mentee with essential skills for living
.
