The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity.
Your responsibilities will include:

· Welcoming and engaging with customers both face-to-face and digitally.

· Understanding customer requirements and matching them to suitable vehicles.

· Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives.

· Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

· Following up leads and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers.

· Discussing finance options and additional products where appropriate.

· Achieving individual and dealership sales targets.

· Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.

· Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the buying journey.
 
About You

· Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable.

· A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident, motivated and commercially driven.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

· Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

· Full UK driving licence.
