Dorset Community Action is seeking a community‑facing, relationship‑based role to help rural communities explore and progress solutions to local housing need. You will engage with parish councils, landowners and housing providers, manage your own caseload and build trust, with training and mentoring provided.
The role combines engagement, analysis and practical problem‑solving, with opportunities to develop specialist knowledge in rural and affordable housing through national and local networks.
