Dorset Council in Dorchester is seeking a part-time Maternity Cover to join the Family Help Team as a Grade 8 Family Worker. The role is 18.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for 1 year, based in the Dorchester area and focused on supporting children, young people and their families.
You will deliver direct work, provide information and guidance, assess parenting skills, and work with other professionals to secure positive outcomes in a busy, supportive team environment.
