We are seeking a Field Care Supervisor at Agincare who is passionate about supporting our clients and care teams in Christchurch/Bournemouth. The role entails care assessments, monitoring client wellbeing, supporting care staff, and ensuring safety standards. Must have supervisory experience in social care, a driving licence, and be available for 24 hours per week, including some on-call duties. Youll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and supporting others to do their best work.

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level
• A well-organised, self-motivated approach
• Availability to work 24 hours per week, including on-call duties
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care. In this role, you will:

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld
• Working days required:
  Monday, Thursday and Friday
• You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
