Principal Embedded Engineer
Take technical ownership of an embedded engineering capability where you can shape architecture, development standards and long-term engineering practice. This is a principal-level role with genuine scope to influence how complex embedded systems are delivered.

What you will need

• British nationality
• Extensive experience developing embedded systems using C or C++
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, System on Chip platforms and Field Programmable Gate Arrays is a plus

Your role

• Provide technical leadership across embedded software and firmware development
• Shape engineering processes, workflows and development standards
• Develop architectures and guide detailed embedded system design
• Define verification strategies, validation approaches and test plans
• Lead the delivery of embedded engineering work packages from initial scope through to release
• Support integration across software, firmware and hardware engineering disciplines

Your experience

• Strong embedded C and C++ development experience
