Een professionele intermediair in Nederland zoekt een Customer Service Medewerker voor 40 uur in Dordrecht. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen klanten en de sales buitendienst. Je behandelt vragen en zorgt voor een vlotte orderafwikkeling, van orderinvoer in SAP tot uitlevering. Gewenste kwalificaties zijn een relevante MBO-opleiding, relevante werkervaring en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
