VNOM zoekt een Customer Support Medewerker in Dordrecht. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en werkt in een informeel, collegiaal team van circa 20 collega's.
Je schakelt met specialisten en monteurs, registreert storingen en meldingen en informeert klanten proactief over de voortgang. In wisselende diensten tussen 06:00 en 22:00 volgens vast rooster maak je deel uit van een stabiele organisatie met een goede pensioenregeling en dagelijkse gratis lunch.
