Lincks zoekt een Service Adviseur in Dordrecht die het eerste aanspreekpunt is voor klanten. Je behandelt telefonische en schriftelijke vragen en verwelkomt klanten ook op locatie om mobiliteit te waarborgen.
Je coördineert met de werkplaats, geeft updates over de status van auto's en zorgt dat klanten tijdig geïnformeerd zijn over afhaalmomenten. Daarnaast span je je in voor alle administratieve taken zoals facturering en garantieafhandeling.
