ClikQ in Dordrecht zoekt een technisch klantenservice medewerker die storingen registreert, analyseert en samen met specialisten oplost. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bewaakt het proces zodat de klant altijd weet waar hij staat.
Je werkt met systemen zoals brandstofpompen en laadpalen en werkt gemiddeld 32 uur per week in dagdiensten. Er is ruimte voor gedeeltelijk thuiswerken na volledige inwerkperiode en een marktconform salaris met pensioenregeling en dertiende maand.
