De Sociale Dienst Drechtsteden zoekt een Medewerker Klantcontact die inwoners van de Drechtsteden telefonisch, per e-mail en chat ondersteunt bij Wmo-vragen en snel de kern van elke vraag achterhaalt. Je werkt 22,5 uur per week van 10.00 tot 15.00 uur en ontvangt OV-reiskostenvergoeding.
De opdracht loopt van september tot en met november 2026 en biedt professionele ontwikkeling in Wmo-zaken. Een mbo 4-opleiding, recente ervaring met telefonisch klantcontact en kennis van geautomatiseerde
