Cirrus Staffing Services B.V in Dordrecht zoekt een Senior Customer Service Medewerker voor een groeiende internationale e-commerce organisatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een professionele en efficiënte afhandeling van vragen en problemen.
Je werkt zelfstandig, hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in e-commerce klantenservice en beheerst Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring met Shopify/Magento, WMS-systemen en CRM-tools zoals Gorgias of Zendesk is een pré.
