Customer Service Representative | Dutch

Our client has been a specialist in designing bathroom and sanitary products since 2018. They are based in Dordrecht, and supply customers across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. As a fast-growing company, they are continuously expanding their position in Europe and are now in need of a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative.

• Acting as the first point of contact for international customers via Phone, Email & Whats App
• Checking orders, tracking shipments, and resolving queries
• Answering to customer enquiries in a clear and friendly manner, with a solutions-oriented approach
• Collaborating with other colleagues/teams to share knowledge and ensure an accurate customer service
• Handling administrative tasks: order processing, creating invoices, keeping customer and order data up to date

• At least MBO-4 level or an equivalent qualification;
• 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce customer service role
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Customer-focused, resilient under pressure, and flexible.
• Available full-time and willing to work onsite 5x p/w

• Salary: up to€ 3,500 gross p/m (depending on experience
• 25 holiday days with the option to purchase additional days
