Pesant zoekt per 1 augustus 2026 een Teamleider voor SO/VSO De Stroom in Dordrecht. Deze rol vereist ruime onderwijskundige kennis en mensgerichte leiderschap. De ideale kandidaat is toegankelijk, duidelijk en betrokken, met ervaring in teamontwikkeling en een passie voor praktijkgericht onderwijs.
De Stroom is een school voor leerlingen met specifieke ondersteuningsbehoeften, gelegen in een veilige en kleinschalige omgeving. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor dagelijkse aansturing en ontwikkeling van het team.
