Job Title

Sales Engineer – EPC contracts (m/f) (Fulltime | 40 hours)

Shape the future of energy storage as a key member of the Sales team at Rolls‑Royce Solutions Benelux B.V. You will support utilities and developers in deploying large‑scale battery energy storage systems across the Benelux, managing complex EPC contracts from tender to handover.

• Analyze and interpret tender and contract documentation, identifying risks, obligations and deviations.
• Coordinate contractual and technical alignment with internal stakeholders and external advisors where needed.
• Translate client requirements into technical and functional solutions in collaboration with the sales and engineering team.
• Ensure alignment between technical scope, cost calculations, specifications and contractual commitments.
• Work in line with internal processes, quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement of tender and contract management practices.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree level, preferably in a technical field (HBO or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a project or engineering environment, preferably with contract management, cost calculations and commercial proposals.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, structured and collaborative mindset.
