Mind Your Step Recruitment is seeking a Marine Engineer to lead the engineering and technical development of ship systems and performance analyses for both newbuilds and conversions. You will deliver 2D/3D designs, calculations, and performance studies in a dynamic, international setting.
You will work under experienced colleagues to grow expertise in stability, hydrodynamics, and dynamic behavior, with increasing ownership of projects and opportunities to work independently in the long term.
