CAPEX, Project Manager & Maintenance Lead

At Biscuit International, you help shape the future of our manufacturing network. As a CAPEX, Project Management & Maintenance Lead, you are responsible for driving strategic investments, project execution, and maintenance excellence across our 18 factories in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. You work closely with plant managers, engineering and maintenance teams, and the Group Engineering team to deliver business-critical projects and improvements.

In this international role, your expertise contributes directly to operational performance, equipment reliability, and sustainable growth across the region.

What will you do?

You own the regional CAPEX portfolio, including governance, prioritization, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You lead major CAPEX projects from business case development through execution, commissioning, and operational handover.

You implement and maintain standardized project management processes and ensure clear accountability across sites in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

You develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and improve CMMS usage, maintenance planning, and data quality.

You improve equipment reliability, OEE, technical capabilities, and contractor performance while supporting sites in resolving critical technical challenges.

What do you bring?

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

You have extensive experience in CAPEX management, project management, and maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

You have strong knowledge of asset management, reliability engineering, maintenance methodologies, and CMMS systems.

You have excellent stakeholder management skills and are able to connect people, teams, and sites across different countries and cultures.

You communicate fluently in English.

Experience with in the food industry is considered a strong advantage.
