Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de centrale roostering en de planning van personeel binnen een dynamische 24/7 zorgomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers op een veilige manier kunnen werken, zelfs onder tijdsdruk. Dit is een kans om bij te dragen aan kwaliteitszorg en teamwerk in een prettige werksfeer.
