Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland zoekt een wijkverpleegkundige die als verbinder fungeert tussen cliënten en zorgprofessionals. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het coördineren van zorg, het stellen van diagnoses en het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen. Wij bieden een aantrekkelijk salaris volgens CAO VVT, ondersteuning bij specialisatie, en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en innovatie.
