Een groeiende organisatie in de energietransitie zoekt een HR-officer om recruitmentprocessen te optimaliseren. Je gaat werken in een mensgerichte omgeving, verantwoordelijk voor onboarding, training en het ondersteunen van HR-projecten. Een afgeronde HR-opleiding en 1-2 jaar ervaring in HR zijn vereist, evenals sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels. Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen €2.700 en €4.000 per maand met extra voordelen zoals 25 vakantiedagen en een pensioenregeling.
