Purchase Contract Administration Officer
Are you accurate, administratively strong, and interested in procurement processes? As a Purchase Contract Administration Officer, you ensure that contracts, supplier data, and pricing agreements are correctly maintained and available in our systems. At Biscuit International, you work closely with colleagues from procurement, supply chain, and finance to support a smooth and efficient purchasing process. Using ERP systems and data management tools, you help maintain reliable information that enables production and supply chain teams to perform at their best.
Whatwill you do?
- You register, manage, and archive procurement contracts for raw materials and packaging materials.
- You maintain purchasing prices, supplier information, and delivery conditions within the ERP system.
- You monitor contract expiration dates and proactively signal upcoming renewals.
- You verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and contractual agreements and resolve discrepancies.
- You contact suppliers to obtain required documentation and answer administrative inquiries.
- You have an MBO-4 or HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in administration, business economics, or a related field.
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
- You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with data, contracts, and pricing information.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AFAS is an advantage.
- You are proactive, organized, able to work independently, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are professionally fluent in English; fluency nin other European languages is a strong advantage.
