, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films known for innovations in Paint Protection Film (PPF), is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our business in the Netherlands. This role will be responsible for overall market performance, overseeing sales, marketing, and local operations, while building the foundation for long-term growth.
- Lead TERMINAX’s overall business strategy and execution in the Netherlands
- Own full P&L responsibility and drive sustainable revenue growth
- Oversee and integrate sales, marketing, and channel development
- Build and expand distributor, dealer, and installer networks
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the local market
- Establish brand positioning and drive local marketing initiatives
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing local team
- Set up operational structure, processes, and KPIs
- Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring effective cross-border communication and execution
- Represent TERMINAX in industry events, trade shows, and business engagements
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or general management roles
- Proven experience in country-level leadership or business unit management
- Strong track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion
Experience managing cross-functional teams (sales + marketing) - Experience in automotive aftermarket, films, detailing, or related industries preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution ability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
