Een organisatie in de jeugdzorg is op zoek naar een Ambulant Hulpverlener Jeugdzorg in Dordrecht. Je begeleidt jongeren tot 21 jaar met uiteenlopende problemen. Je coördineert het begeleidingstraject, voert intakegesprekken, doet huisbezoeken en stelt begeleidingsplannen op. Voor de functie heb je een relevante hbo- of wo-opleiding nodig en minimaal een jaar relevante werkervaring. Het salaris ligt tussen de €3.191,69 en €5.217,35 bij een fulltime dienstverband.

Flexibele werktijden en mogelijkheden voor thuiswerken zijn beschikbaar.
