Stichting Antes is op zoek naar een begeleider voor BW Reeweg Zuid in Dordrecht. Deze rol omvat het ondersteunen van cliënten met psychiatrische problematiek tijdens hun hersteltrajecten.
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het observeren van cliënten, het schrijven van herstelplannen en werken volgens professionele richtlijnen. De functie biedt een jaarcontract, 24-36 uur per week, met een salaris tussen € 2888,- en € 3917,- op basis van een werkweek van 36 uur.
