Syndion zoekt een Begeleider van betekenis in Dordrecht voor 24-36 uur per week. Je werkt op woonlocatie Minnaertweg en kunt ook diensten draaien op nabijgelegen locaties in Sterrenburg.
Je begeleidt volwassenen met LVB/NAH, autisme en ADHD, ondersteunt dagelijks leven en voert verzorgende handelingen uit zoals insulinetoediening. Samen met collega’s creëer je een veilige leefomgeving.
