Our client is looking for a motivated IFA Administrator to support their Financial Advisers in providing tailored advice and reports to clients. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, administration, and office processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition & Management:
Manage client onboarding and process client forms in the CRM - Perform client AML verification checks
- Submit and chase applications with providers
- Organise and attend client meetings where required
- Maintain client review schedules and prepare performance data
- Update portfolios and cashflow scenarios
- Support clients with queries and Investor Portal (Money Locker)
- Prepare meeting minutes, suitability reports, and follow-up emails
- Support Financial Advisers with documentation and action points
- Diary management for client meetings and adviser schedules
- Assist in developing office procedures and support the senior management team
- Maintain office supplies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
- Understanding of financial planning and investment products (administrative experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Positive, professional, and proactive approach
- Flexible team player willing to take on varied tasks
- Able to communicate transparently and handle interpersonal dynamics
- Comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels

Hours:
35 per week | Holidays: 25 days | Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
