Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

Conducting vehicle servicing and repairs to high standards
Performing MOT testing and ensuring compliance with safety and emissions standards
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately
Providing clear communication to customers regarding repair work
Maintaining productivity and quality within the workshop environment
Emphasising customer satisfaction through professional service

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a vehicle technician, with relevant recognised qualifications
Ability to carry out MOT testing or willingness to obtain the qualification
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude
Team player with a positive outlook and a customer-focused approach
Recent qualification and local experience advantageous, but all relevant skill levels are considered
